Processing Time

  • All orders will be shipped within 1 business day (Monday–Saturday, excluding holidays).

Shipping Method & Delivery Time

  • We ship all orders via USPS or UPS. Estimated shipping time is 2–5 business days. (Alaska & Hawaii 5-8 days). 

  • For orders under 1 pound we often use USPS Ground Advantage (formerly called First Class Mail).

  • Orders over $50 will ship via UPS or USPS Priority Mail!

  • Tracking information will be provided via the shipping notification email.

  • Delivery times may vary based on location, weather conditions, and carrier delays.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
  • You can track your package directly through the USPS website.

Lost or Damaged Packages

  • If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us at [email protected] with your order details.
  • We will work with USPS to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Returns & Refunds

  • We offer a 30-day return policy for unopened items only. To initiate a return, email [email protected] within 30 days of delivery to request an RMA and return instructions. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. A full refund will be processed within 3 business days of receiving the return, provided the item is unopened and the tamper-evident seal—shrink wrap on jars or tamper-evident ring on dropper bottles—remains intact.
