Official Rules

1. Sponsor

• The Monthly DMSO Product Giveaway (“Giveaway”) is sponsored by us, DMSO Direct. Contact: [email protected]

2. Eligibility

• Open to legal residents of the United States (50 states) who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.
• Participants must provide a valid email address and comply with these Official Rules.
• Void where prohibited or restricted by law.

3. Entry Period

• The Giveaway runs monthly, beginning at 12:00 AM CT on the first day of each month and ending at 11:59 PM CT on the last day of the month.
• Participants must be subscribed at the end of each period to remain eligible for prizes.

4. How to Enter

• Primary Entry: Complete the email signup form on dmsodirect.com to join our mailing list. One entry per person.
• Entry Limits: Multiple entries from the same person (e.g., using different email addresses) will be disqualified. Automated entries, bots, or fraudulent methods are prohibited and will result in disqualification.
• No purchase is necessary to enter or win. A purchase does not increase your chances of winning.

5. Prize

• Description: One winner will receive the prize as stated on this page. 
• Non-transferable, no cash alternative. DMSO Direct may substitute a prize of equal/greater value.
• Free shipping to a valid US address. Winner covers any taxes, if any, required by their local government.

6. Winner Selection and Notification

• One winner will be selected via random draw from all eligible entries within 7 days after the end of each month.
• Winner will be notified via the email address provided during entry.
• Winner must respond within 7 days to claim the prize, providing a valid US shipping address. If the winner does not respond, an alternate winner may be selected.
• DMSO Direct may require verification of eligibility (e.g., proof of age or residency) before awarding the prize.

7. General Conditions

• By entering, participants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of DMSO Direct, which are final and binding.
• DMSO Direct reserves the right to disqualify any participant who violates these rules or tampers with the Giveaway process.
• If the Giveaway is not capable of running as planned (e.g., due to technical issues, fraud, or other causes), DMSO Direct may cancel, modify, or suspend the Giveaway.

8. Publicity

• By claiming a prize, winners consent to the use of their first name, last initial, city/state for display on the winner list on this page by DMSO Direct without further compensation, except where prohibited by law.

9. Limitation of Liability

• DMSO Direct is not responsible for: (a) lost, late, misdirected, or incomplete entries; (b) technical errors or failures, including website or email system issues; (c) unauthorized access to entries; or (d) any injury, loss, or damage arising from participation in the Giveaway or use of the prize.
• Participants release DMSO Direct, its affiliates, and partners from any liability related to the Giveaway.

10. Governing Law

• The Giveaway is governed by the laws of Missouri without regard to conflict of law principles. All disputes will be resolved in Springfield, Greene County, Missouri courts.

11. Privacy

• Information collected via entries will be used in accordance with DMSO Direct’s Privacy Policy https://dmsodirect.com/privacy.
• By entering, you consent to receiving marketing emails from DMSO Direct, with an option to unsubscribe at any time.

12. Winner List

• Winners will be notified by email.
• Recent winners will have first name and last initial published on this page.

• Void Where Prohibited: The Giveaway is void outside the 50 US states and where prohibited by law.
