Processing Time

All orders will be shipped within 1 business day (Monday–Saturday, excluding holidays).

We ship all orders via USPS or UPS. Estimated shipping time is 2–5 business days. (Alaska & Hawaii 5-8 days).
For orders under 1 pound we often use USPS Ground Advantage (formerly called First Class Mail).
Orders over $50 will ship via UPS or USPS Priority Mail!
Tracking information will be provided via the shipping notification email.
Delivery times may vary based on location, weather conditions, and carrier delays.

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
You can track your package directly through the USPS website.

If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us at [email protected] with your order details.
We will work with USPS to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

We offer a 30-day return policy for unopened items only. To initiate a return, email [email protected] within 30 days of delivery to request an RMA and return instructions. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. A full refund will be processed within 3 business days of receiving the return, provided the item is unopened and the tamper-evident seal—shrink wrap on jars or tamper-evident ring on dropper bottles—remains intact.
