Processing Time
- Most orders received by 12 p.m. CST will ship same day.
- All orders are processed within 1 business day (Monday–Saturday, excluding holidays).
Shipping Method & Delivery Time
- We ship all orders via USPS with an estimated delivery time of 2–5 business days. (Alaska & Hawaii 5-8 days)
- Delivery times may vary based on location, weather conditions, and carrier delays.
Order Tracking
- Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
- You can track your package directly through the USPS website.

Lost or Damaged Packages

- We will work with USPS to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Returns & Refunds
- We offer a 30-day return policy for unopened items only. To initiate a return, email [email protected] within 30 days of delivery to request an RMA and return instructions. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. A full refund will be processed within 3 business days of receiving the return, provided the item is unopened and the tamper-evident seal—shrink wrap on jars or tamper-evident ring on dropper bottles—remains intact.
